Crystal Mothershead Gaudette is the principal at Gaudette Law & Mediation. She has nearly two decades of experience as a civil litigator, with a broad practice covering commercial disputes, employment matters, and real estate matters. Her practice also includes significant legal counseling work, assisting clients in achieving their business objectives through solid legal advice.

Crystal has served as a mediator since 2021. She regularly mediates cases involving contract disputes, employment disputes, property issues, personal injury claims, and more. She prides herself on a practical, no-nonsense approach to mediation that gets to the heart of the matter quickly. In June 2021, Crystal was appointed as a mediator through the Monterey County Superior Court Court-Directed Mediation Program.

Crystal was born and raised in Pacific Grove, California, where she currently lives with her husband and two daughters. She is active in the community, currently serving on the boards of the P.G. Chamber of Commerce, the Monterey County Women Lawyers Association, and P.G. P.R.I.D.E. (Public Response in Dollars for Education). She enjoys coaching her kids in soccer, basketball and softball through the YMCA and P.G. Pony Baseball organizations.
